Order Cancellations

All orders are processed within 1 to 24 hours after we receive access to your domain name and hosting account. Please email refund@phwptemplates.com to inquire about your order status and request to cancel your order. If your order status is pending process, we will cancel your order. If your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We guarantee that your website will be completed in the following timeframes: Installation – 12 hours; Install + 5 pages – 5 days; Install + 10 pages – 10 days; and Install + 25 pages – 15 days. Our time guarantee is calculated in business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We must receive all of the requested information to begin your installation project, such as access to your domain name and hosting account, website color scheme, page structure, and content. Once we receive all of the requested information, the following business day begins the start of your project. If your website has not been completed in the above timeframe you are eligible to cancel your order. Please email refund@phwptemplates.com and request to cancel your order because we failed on maintaining an accurate project timeline. If we are outside of our Satisfaction Guaranteed timeline, we will cancel your order. 

Refunds

If we cancel your order, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: a full refund to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General 

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your order, cancellation, refund, or to impose different or additional conditions.

After you purchase the Elementor Pro plugin you will sign in to your Elementor Pro account and connect it to your website. Once you place an order, we will contact you via email to retrieve your website logo, color scheme, images, and content. Once we receive all of your brand requirements we will complete the installation of your selected template kit, website framework, and complete customizations. We will complete your website in the 5-day, 10-day, or 15-day timeframe once we receive all of your brand requirements.
